Hello everyone,
I'm back from Vietnam! ;)
It was an awesome trip, and I'd never regretted going.
I'm sure those who went totally agree with me :D
Shovelling everyday at that pile of sand mountain was hard work,
and it doesn't seem to budge, to be lowering.
But on the last day at the kindergarten, Day 10,
we finally saw the end product of the garden/courtyard
we've been working so hard to create for the kids.
That feeling of accomplishment,
nothing can be compared, i swear.
Cooking group with May, Sara, Amelia and Huixin was crazy.
We'd scream at every little bit of things while cooking,
and May would end up spilling rice all over.
Super fun though. heheheh.
Closing ceremony was alot of fun.
Though things didn't turn out as planned,
but ain't unplanned stuff usually more fun? ;)
Went to the beach with 11 of the Secondary students on the last day at Hue, Day 11.
Lang Co Beach was seriously a sight.
Super beautiful, full of life(nature).
Actually that day itself, we went for alot of sightseeing.
At Danang, Hoi An, and somewhere i forgot.
Memorable experience, deifinitely.
Left Hue on Day 12 for Ho Chi Minh.
We had guided tours daily,
and night time was rest and relax for us,
which also means... SHOPPING! ;)
The best thing about our hotel was that the moment we walk out of the lobby,
it'd be the night market.
And in the day, the Ben Thanh Market is just directly opposite our hotel.
Cool or what.
Many of us cant bear to leave, like of course.
But reality is reality.
We're all back in Singapore now.
Tomorrow mahjong session, woots ;)
xoxo,
