Here's the itinerary:
Day 1- 5: Bangkok
Day 6 - 8: Pai
Day 8 - 10: Chiangmai, Doi Suket
Day 11 - 12: Bangkok
Day 1:
E and I got home early that day from zoukout, about 6am. And it felt like I've just slept for 10 minutes when the alarm went off. Sluggishly dragged our asses off the bed to go back to mine to pack the remaining things I need for the trip, and headed back to his where his aunt will pick us up to the airport. Our flight was at 1900, so we went for dinner after meeting up with YC to check in our luggages.
Some photos on the flight before we concussed
Our hotel, Lemontea Hotel, was actually quite pretty. It gave out a very comfortable at home vibe, and the concept... totally what I'd love. Next up was getting ready for partying, everyone, including Jake, Alex and Kenny who came at a later time, was given rooms at level 4, only E and I was given the room at level 6 hahaha his wish for privacy came true, maybe? But it was super inconvenient because to get to each level you need to slot in your access cards, which meant we had no access to level 4 unless the guys lent us their cards, and they have no access to level 6 either. Reggy was already in Bangkok waiting for us in another hotel, because Lemontea was out of rooms and she booked only 2 days before the flight lol. Tabao food from Pratunam night market to eat on the way because we were too hungry hehe. One of our favourite stalls that we go to almost daily!
Anyway so the 6 of us shared a cab to the infamous RCA, at Route 66, and everyone were sharing the food. In my many trips to Bangkok, this was the only trip I really partied. The only other trip I partied in Bangkok was in 2013 but not counted because we left after 2 hours lol. The 3 other guys arrived past midnight and we all just drank and partied. The sad thing was that clubs in Bangkok closes really early so by 2am we were looking for another place to party at, and the cab driver brought us to this other place called White Ball Academy. The place wasn't a club at all. Its like a golf academy with a bar in the centre, which transforms into a club/bar with loud music at night. But I guess it was fun no matter what, as long we had the right company. We were all bobbing to the loud R&B music, and doing stupid dance movements, and there were also golf courses and ps3 that E disappeared to. And to the boys, it was still not enough, and since we had 3/4 bottle left in our hands, its time to take the party back to the room! Settled in one of the boys room for the after after party. Played rounds of "I have never" and also Captain, till the alcohol was almost done and all of us were dead beat.
Only in Bangkok can you exchange ciggs for a fried chicken...
x.
