Today was more like a date day for E and I, party because we woke up super late. Reggy and yc went shopping on their own in the morning, and the boys went ahead to do their own stuff, so we went ahead for our own brunch etc. Wanted to bring E for some roadside kway teow soup outside Pantip Plaza but it wasn't there that day so we decided to try the pig trotter's rice hidden between Diamond Plaza and Pantip Plaza. It was super yummy!!!!! Both E and I loved it, and also the cup they used for the drinks were the silverware old school kind, so cute. For the past few days in Bangkok we haven't had the chance to be alone and there we had it, the time to ourselves., though I felt quite bad that E's friends may possibly not ask him to join certain stuff because they wanted to give us time together
Had my watches fixed at a pushcart opposite Platinum Mall, and the uncle damn nice! For changing 2 watches traps and 2 watches' batteries, he charged me only 300baht. He had quite a few customers when I was there so we had to wait for a while, but actually he very fast la, like wait 10 minutes or lesser than my turn already even though he had a family of 4 who were very demanding and ugh Singaporeans before me. Next up we had to go collect the train ticket to Chiangmai and the big bear was sleeping all the way till we reached. Headed to MBK after that to get my phone fixed and on the way there it was my turn to sleep. Took a tuktuk back to the hotel after that to have dinner with yc and Reggy before Reggy returns back to SG.
Had my specs made as well at Platinum Mall and they are super fast can!? I made the reservation about 12pm and by 5pm I could collect them already. Brought my cheap specs that I got from Pratunam my previous trip to change the blank lens to a degreed one, and its possible too hehe yay. Also got a 1 year supply of contact lens hahaha it was on sales! Even the specs were all at 50% off, so total bill was quite cheap like less than 100sgd. That night E and i went to bed damn early. He slept at about 8pm and i told him to wake up so we can go walk walk around the night market or something, and while trying to wake him up I fell asleep as well... we both woke up about 2am and he said "now still got anything to walk?" lol that idiot, and we fell back asleep again right after...
